Immo Adjointe places great importance on protecting your personal information and that of your clients, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, contact details, agency name, and the information related to the files you entrust to us.
The contact form and appointment booking collect the information you enter. While browsing, limited technical information (display preferences, anonymous analytics with consent) may be collected.
3. Purposes of use
To provide and maintain our services, communicate with you, bill, and improve our site. We never use your information for resale or third-party marketing.
4. Consent
By providing your information, you consent to its use for the described purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies for functionality (light/dark preference). With your consent, anonymous analytics to improve the site. No advertising profiling, no resale.
6. Sharing and processors
Sharing limited to the parties necessary for your transactions, within your mandate — no resale or third-party marketing.
For client relationship management (contact form, appointment booking, file follow-up), Immo Adjointe relies on the TonCRM CRM platform, operated by Agence Evo, acting as a processor bound by confidentiality. The full list of processors is available on request at info@immo-adjointe.ca.
7. Hosting and security
Your information is hosted on dedicated cloud infrastructure, with data centers located in the European Union. Security measures: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, restricted and logged access.
In accordance with Law 25, transfers of personal information outside Quebec are covered by a privacy impact assessment (PIA).
8. Retention and destruction
Retained as long as necessary for service delivery and legal obligations, then securely destroyed or anonymized.

10. Right to file a complaint
You may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
